"It’s in prime location. The staff served fresh and hot food. All the items were freshly cooked as we can see the live kitchen there. The chow-men fried rice walnut shrimp chicken were all tasty but it can be a little better in terms of spicy. The egg chicken roll and veg rolls were also tasty as expected. The refreshments drinks were also good. Overall great. Can visit again and again once in a while."

I was excited that the facility was maintained well and clean. Traditional panda express locations have old tea or the food is sitting for a while but this location had the best service and quality I have seen in my years. Highly recommend!"

In situations like that, customer service usually slips—but not here. Two employees stood out immediately: Mia and Damarius (apologies if I spelled that wrong). I ordered chicken and vegetables, and Mia took one look at the veggies and asked for a fresh batch because the current one had been sitting for a while. I appreciated that level of care. As I watched her work, she handled the nonstop line with absolute finesse. Damarius was just as impressive—kind, attentive, and constantly smiling. Any time she had a second to spare, she jumped in to support Mia. Despite the rush, both of them stayed calm, professional, and focused on giving every customer a great experience. It was obvious they genuinely cared. I had to wait a bit for the fresh vegetables, but I didn’t mind at all. They were busy, and they were clearly doing their best. My recommendation to the owner of this location: Put Mia and Damarius at the front of your customer-facing efforts. They’re the kind of employees leaders dream about—trustworthy, composed, and genuinely great with customers. Investing in them will absolutely reflect in your ratings and your business."
